What GigBig is

A booking-management tool for self-employed performers, operated by DropZone Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17335360).

We provide the software. You run your business.

Your account

You must be 18 or over.

You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your login.

You own your data — we claim no rights over your bookings, contracts, photos or clients.

Your clients' information

When you add client details, you confirm you have the right to hold and use them. You’re the data controller for your clients; we store and process their details only to provide GigBig to you (see the Privacy Policy).

Contracts and e-signatures

Contracts you generate are templates — they are not legal advice, and you should take advice if your situation needs it.

When your client signs online, they type their name after ticking a box confirming they intend it as their legal signature. We record the typed name and the time of signing, and both you and your client can access the signed document. It’s your responsibility to check the contract terms are right before sending.

We are not a party to any contract between you and your client, and we’re not responsible for disputes between you.

Payment

£9.99/month or £99/year, billed by Stripe.

21-day free trial, no card required.

Cancel any time from Settings — you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t charge again.

Refunds at our discretion; this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

What we're not

We are not a booking agency, an accountant or a legal service.

Tax figures shown (estimates, MTD summaries, mileage relief) are calculated from the data you enter, to help you — they are not tax advice, and you’re responsible for your own returns.

Acceptable use

Use GigBig for legitimate performing business only.

No unlawful content, no spam sent through our email tools, no attempting to access other users’ data.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules — we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right unless the law prevents us.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep GigBig up, but we can’t promise it will never be down — export your important documents when you receive them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability we can’t legally exclude (like fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Ending your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; export your records first — deletion is permanent (see the Privacy Policy for retention).

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll email you at least 14 days before any change that matters, and continuing to use GigBig after that means you accept it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
