Refund Policy

Try GigBig free for 21 days with no card, cancel a subscription any time, and if something’s gone wrong with a charge, tell us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.

GigBig subscriptions are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle appears on your card statement, issues your receipts, and processes any refund back to your original payment method. GigBig is operated by DropZone Digital Ltd (company number 17335360).

Every account starts with a 21-day free trial with no card required — so you can try everything before paying a penny. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancel any time from Settings → Upgrade → Manage subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period as standard.

First purchase — if GigBig isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.

Unexpected renewal — if an annual or monthly renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it, provided the service hasn’t been heavily used since the renewal.

Billing errors — duplicate charges or amounts that don’t match your plan are always refunded in full, whenever you spot them.

Faults — if a sustained fault on our side stops you using GigBig and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we’ll refund the affected period.

Email support@gigbig.app from your account email with the date and amount of the charge, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
